- We deployed our functional consultants to find out the fault in the product development.
- A major issue identified in SAP PP was affecting production capacity which was generated at different steps of the production process.
- A detailed report was created using SAP ABAP which showcased important and decision-making comprehensive details like :-
- At each step of the production process, how much scrap is generated by quantity and value.
- What are the defects happening at each step of the production process?
- Who were the vendors who supplied raw materials?
- After analyzing our reports, the production team identified the issues in a couple of processes & replaced operators and empaneled new vendors.
